Read IMAP Messages

Hi, I have used MWP Free for some time with a standard POP mail account and it works fine. I now want to use it with an IMAP based account and can't get past one snag and that is MWP keeps showing all the mail items still in the inbox. Yes, I realise I can move them elsewhere but shouldn't the s/w be able to tell they have been 'seen' and so omit them from the mail wash/check? TIA

BUMP - no one got any info or idea on this one? It seems MWP has had it's day, shame as it was a good app.

I'm a month late, but the new 7.5 version of MailWasher we just released has this feature, so messages marked as Read are not downloaded
