Deleted mail still going into inbox
Hello, I'm new to Mailwasher. I am using Mailbird for my email account. Mainly to be able to create folders. I'm on a new computer with Windows 10, don't like the new Windows email because I can't create folders. I've tried Mailwasher. Everything seems to work when I wash mail after clicking the wash icon, except before I click on my mail client, Mailwasher automatically opens my Mailbird mail. Then all the deleted emails and ones I've marked as spam are still loaded into my Mailbird inbox. Even ones I've bounced back. Hope there is a work around for this or maybe something I've done wrong. Would love to keep using Mailwasher.

Even after unchecking this box, the deleted email is still going into the Mailbird inbox. I open Mailwasher. I click on the check mail icon. Incoming mail is loaded into Mailwasher. I delete unwanted email, mark mail as spam and bounce it back. The deleted emails and spam are removed from Mailwasher. I then click on my email client, Mailbird. All the deleted emails are still there in the Mailbird inbox. Spam and all. They have not been removed.

The correct procedure to avoid your problem is to first process your mails using MWP and then immediately run your e-mail client manually.

Sorry if I'm not understanding. I do open Mailwasher first. Click on check mail. Mail is loaded into Mailwasher. I then delete and mark spam mail. After this I click on wash mail. Mailwasher then removes the deleted mail and the spam mail. I then open Mailbird, through Mailwasher, the deleted emails and spam are still loaded into my Mailbird inbox. I don't know what else to do. I guess Mailwasher does not work with Mailbird. Maybe I need to try another email client.

You may want to try the following steps:—
- 01.) Disable MWP from launching your e-mail client as illustrated on my first response
- 02.) Process your mails using MWP
- 03.) Login to your web server using your browser to check whether the deleted mails are present or not
- 04.) Report back

Yes. I deleted 3 new emails from today in Mailwasher and logged into my web email and they were gone. I then went back to Mailwasher and deleted 2 older emails, went back to web mail, 1 was deleted and they other was not. It's like Mailwasher work's sometime's and not other time's.

But I just went to Mailbird and the deleted emails were in there again. Even though I deleted them with Mailwasher and checked my web email, where they were not listed.

Which version of MWP are you using and are you running the Trial version or the Pro version — just curious.

Well I downloaded the Pro version free trial to try and had the same results. I guess Mailwasher will not work with Mailbird.
