Lost MW Pro 6.5.4 in a computer crash. Re-installed it 7 weeks ago. Since then, every single time I launch it, I get the message Mailwasher Pro 6.5.4 (not responding).
When I try to launch Outlook from the MW program, I get the same message.
I have to close MW and re-launch it about 4-5 times before it will download mail. I'm doing this many times a day.
I searched the forum to see if a solution has been posted and have been unable to find one. Can you help me out, experts?

Hi there
Try going into Help >> About >> open the link to where MailWasher stores the data files >> then close MailWasher so it's not running >> back in the folder you just opened rename the Training folder to something like TrainingOLD >> restart MailWasher.
