After mailwasher reinstall list of mail stays after download

I saw a similar post with regard to Thunderbird. Last week I had both a Mailwasher PRO AND Outlook corruption. I'm brand new to Outlook and the Micorsoft People walked me through a PST file issue. Then Mailwasher was corrupted and all the fields were off, not downloading mail and I received messages like "Mailwasher is already running", or something to that effect.
I followed the instructions to reinstall and it worked fine, other than I lost my entire blacklist.

Now, 2 days later, and a day after another call to Microsoft due to an Outlook corruption -- my mail is downloading fine, but
it's staying in Mailwasher.

ANY suggestions would be most helpful - this board has NEVER steered me wrong.

Wrong forum but MWP is just reporting that the msgs are still there. You need to set TB to delete msgs when downloaded.
