MW opens but doesn't process mail.
MW pro opens , checks mail but doesn't show any e-mails. E-mail program (Thunderbird) processes mail normally. I have disabled antivirus email check. I have also re-downloaded Pro 6.2.1. What can I do to get MW pro to work?

Are you checking for messages with MW before you do the Thunderbird check?
Does it count up the ones in your account on the status line?
Do you have the hide messages option turned on (view menu) to change it.

MWP gives you the option of having it open but not immediately check emails; make sure that preference didn't get changed (though I actually prefer it that way, as the computer is slow enough booting without having MWP do a mail check at the same time). And make sure Thunderbird doesn't do auto-checking, as it could then fetch all the mail before MWP even takes its first look.
