Hi, I have been a mailwasher user for years, I just upgraded and downloaded the new version yesterday.
One of my accounts is working fine and one of my accounts will not move to Outlook when enter send and recieve all.
I've messed with it and it keeps finding old accounts that don't exist anymore.
I just moved and changed my ISP username but I entered that and it still won't move to Outlook.
Help!

MW does not control your e-mail programs ability to get mail, if MW is showing the mail when you do a check then it is set up properly.

If your mail program is not showing the same mail it is not set to the same accounts that mailwasher is or it is doing something with/to the incoming mail due to its filtering settings.
