COULDNT SAVE BLACK LIST OR FRIENDS LIST

Hi all
sorry if this problem sounds obvious but i'm a bit new to all this
I have installed M/Washer pro 6.2.3 all legitamate and paid for and registered
When closing or minimising the programme after checking the mail it says :-

could not save blacklist file (includes friends list) cannot create file
C USERS\ME \APPDATA\ROAMING\MWASHER PRO\BLACKLIST.TXT
ACCESS DENIED EFCREATE ERROR
also same error pretty much for filters.txt
there doesn't seem to be anywhere were these files can be created in settings and stuff
have i done something wrong
or does it need something to put into these files before it creates them (being nurdy here)

programme seems to be working ok except for these 2 little probs
