mailwasher pro connectivity

cant connect to my server.have checked the server's adress.using xp home,serv pack 3,avg free edition
can anyone help plse

We could use a little more information. What error messages are you getting? Are you checking more than one email account? More than one pop server? Can you get your email with your email client? Can you send a test message? Can you connect to sites on the internet like Google that aren't likely to go down?

yes am getting email with my email client
yes i can send a test msge
yes I can connect to the sites like google.

Check your MW account settings to make sure you don't have an extra space floating around anywhere.

Check your basic and advanced settings to make sure they are exactly the same as your e-mail program.

Try turning off your firewall and anti virus and checking mail in MW.
