My computer crashed and I have had to reload my programs. I use Thunderbird and that seems to be working okay. But when I try to open Mail Washer it cannot see my email account and wash the mail..
Page 1 of the attachment is the settings in Mail Washer.
Page 2 of the attachment are the settings in Thunderbird.
I would appreciate any help getting these two to see each other.

Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> change the server type at the top to POP instead of IMAP, and set the Incoming Server Address as mail.brighthouse.com
The rest should be OK. I'll also remove the attachment as it does reveal your email address.

Can you try sending me some logs. If you go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check for their arrival.
