I have been running Mailwasher for many many years across a few machines. Currently, I have it on a Desktop and a Laptop both running Windows 7.
On the Desktop usually runs faultlessly.
On the Laptop, it ran for a while OK but about a year ago, I'm suffering a similar problem to the OP here.
I've tried re-loading it and also deleting and then re-loading but still have the same issues. In saying I've 'deleted' it, it would appear that some part of the program stays resident, as when I re-load it, it still has my email addresses, friends and blacklists from the previous installtions.
Help !

I've split your topic away from the older post Spider.
What version of MailWasher are you running ? I'm assuming 6.5.4, but you can check under Help >> About.
You're getting a List Index Out of bounds crash on the laptop ? Roughly when does this occur, when checking messages, or deleting messages ?

Thanks for splitting off.
It's Mailwasher Pro 4.0.
I obtained a copy very early on from the developer. He asked if I thought it was any good, to send him what I thought it was worth. I sent him $45 and he responded by saying I was entitled to a life time free updates. I was receiving them for a while, but haven't had any in a long while now.
