No need to do that in future, that's just good for me to understand. It does mean MailWasher is remembering what emails you are training as spam.

Under Settings >> Spam Tools >> Learning Settings >> there is a setting Good Token Weight, which will be set to 2.00 >> can you try changing this to 1.50 >> Save >> restart MailWasher.

See if that improves things.
