I have tried to install the Free Mail Washer (before buying) to make sure it works on my system. I go through the initial screens and agree to everything. Then when I get to the INSTALL screen I get this message "Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one. [Retry] [Cancel]" The only thing I can do then, is cancel. I have rebooted the computer, checked the Task Manager and I do not have another install running. Anyone know who I can install this and get past their error screen?
I am using a PC with Windows 10 with 16gb of RAM

Try running a Disk Cleanup and set to cleanup the Temp files, perhaps there is an old file in there preventing progress.

Thank you. The Disk Cleanup including Temp Files and a reboot, then allowed me to install it. I have a spammer emailing me 5-10 times a day and will not stop. I'm hoping this fixes it
