Hi,
I just reloaded Mailwasher after a computer rebuild. Outlook works and the mailwasher wizard found the account in Outlook, but Mailwasher can't connect. I have disabled the Firewall and quit the antivirus. Any ideas?

I'm not sure that passwords can be imported. Have you tired changing the MWP password to the one you use for that account?
