I have had this program since it's inception. The problem lately is when I check off the emails to be deleted and click on the "process mail" button, It now lets all the emails I checked for deletion in anyway. How can I fix this?

Has anything changed lately that you are aware of, particularly in regards to your email client ?
Do MailWasher give the impression it is deleting these emails ?
Also, do emails come into the email program even when you don't Process Mail in MailWasher ?

One thing to try, is under Settings >> General Options >> uncheck the option to 'Launch email application after processing' >> click OK.
Then in MailWasher delete a message, wait a minute, then fire up the email program and check for messages, see if the message comes in then after the delay
