MWP 6.3 preview jumps to other mail by mailcheck

Hi,

When I read an email in the preview window and the automatic mail check is working, the preview window jumps to another email. This is new since I use version 6.3 of MWP. Anybody a suggestion how to solve this or is it a bug.

It shouldn't be doing that at all.

Download and install MW again from www.firetrust.com
We (faithful to our history) had a problem with the first 6.3 so we had to update it, so maybe you got the original copy that just wasn't right in the head.

I downloaded today version 6.3 and installed but problem stays the same.
The default mailcheck is 1 (one) minute.

Something is screwy, mine behaves fine. Might depend if you select the email to read while the check is still underway...

Our new new version we are working on doesn't do this though, so it will get better

Did you try uninstalling and then reinstalling?

I think MW behaves differently if it's checking or not. That is, if you select a message while it's checking, it will jump around like that. If you select the message before a check process starts, it stays on that message.

So by checking every minute, that would encourage this behaviour, an option would be to drop the checking process back so it's not doing it so frequently.

Problem stays!!

I have deleted and install MWP again and I am not selecting a other mail to read while MWP is checking. I did not change my settings and with earlier versions the problem didn't occure.

I hope sombody can give a clue or otherwise I will go back to a ealier version.

The only other thing I can think of is I reset the column sort order - but for me that didn't work until I reinstalled.
