I've created a few filters to hide legitimate emails from the listing, but they're not working. You can see in the attached screenshot that I've specified a filter where if the "From" contains "cleverbridge" and the "Subject" contains [PAY] then it is supposed to be hidden. Yet you can also see in the screenshot that it is NOT hidden. This filter is at the top of my list so nothing should be interfering with it. Any ideas why it's not working and what to do about it?
