I have been able to retrieve deleted emails before today. Don't know what is different, but -
In Statistics, after I click "Restore email" I get -
ERROR MSG:
Account: Global SMPT Server
Session details: Email Restore
The SMPT server can not or will not send messages from <frank@.....net>
The problem occured while trying to send the email RE: CY199 LCD monitor to frank@.....net
I click OK, but then get a smaller popup:
The restored email is being sent to frank@.....net. OK
I have gone through this 6 or 7 times, but the email is never received.
