ebay messages problem on upgrading to 6.5.4

I have just upgraded to 6.5.4 from 6.5.3. It all works OK except my emails from ebay for my searches now come through broken.
I get the usual header line

If I copy and paste into Word I get typically 40+ pages of mostly blank pages
What is going on?
Other emails are fine, it seems to be only ebay messages.

You are copying from the preview pane in MW and pasting into Word if I understand it correctly, what happens if you paste into a different program like wordpad?

What happens if you paste using unformatted text?

Do you have a program that will show the contents of the clipboard, if so is the copy showing anything unusual?

Too late! I went back to MWv6.5.3 and found the same problem:(
The other thing I did was to upgrade from AVGv9 to AVGv10. I have gone back to AVGv9 and the problem has gone. I have again upgraded MWv6.5.4 and there is no problem.
So the problem is caused by AVG not MW.
Does anyone use MW with AVG10?
