I've been a MailWasher user since (I think) version 2. Awesome program.
I use the quick reply quite regularly. Intermittently my MailWasher would not place a copy in my Outlook sent email folder, however lately it doesn't seem to do it AT ALL!
I thought perhaps it might have been something to do with Outlook not running at the time, so I tried all variations this morning, but nothing.
I've had a quick look and search through the forum, but I can't see anyone with this issue.
Can you offer a solution for this please?
By the way, I downloaded version 10 when it first came out, and caused me problems, so I removed it and continue to use the trouble free (except for the above) brilliant version 6.
