Internal error

Hello every one,

Since a couple of day, I have an error while downloading email with Benign :
  • A Blank popup window appear without any sign in it
  • An alert window called "Error" with this sentence : "An internal error has occured while communicating with the mail client (EIdNotConnected: Not Connected). Please contact technical support with a full description of the problem".
  • A red sentence in the Processing log of Benign Window : "An internal error occurred processing a message line: cannot parse month"
Can someone help me to resolve this problem ?

Hello, I have another time an email blocking B9.

I had modified the sender and my email addresse for confidentiality.
In the processing log window, I have this error "An internal error occurred processing a message line: cannot parse day of month".
