Recently MailWasher has been very slow to boot up and even slower to shut down. Is there something I can do for that?

To troubleshoot your startup issue, you may want to take a peek at the following post:-

Which version are you running? For the slow shutdowns you could try the latest 1.2.0 from the following link:-

Thanks for the help. Didn't know there was an update - the software kept telling me it was up to date. I installed that and will see how performance is.
