I'm a new user. Thunderbird is my email program. I followed the instructions of adding .b9 at the end of the server name.
The program does nothing?

Which OS? What shows up in the hosts file?

Windows XP Pro.

New computer running Vista Business. Trying to get Mall Washer installed. I put the multi email addresses in B9 as it won't import addresses and I get message "can't write to hosts file". I moved the hosts file so it could write a new file. It wouldn't write a new file so now what do I do?
