I did a filter for a known spam and an action to auto-delete.
Can I also ask to bounce it automatically?
Or I have not to use the auto-delete and bounce each one pressing "B"?

No, we don't have the facility to automatically bounce emails, instead requiring users confirm emails they wish to bounce. This is due to bouncing no longer being effective against spam emails, but still useful for making legitimate senders think your email no longer exists.
