B9 misbehaves.
Pictures speak louder than words. So what is wrong with my installation of B9 (1.5.0.2). It never starts minimized now and am unable to alter settings.

You are a genius and worth more money. Tell Nick. 
The etc folder was set at read only and it still is.I set it to write and all files contained therein, fixed B9 settings and they took. The etc folder set itself back to read only. Think it is because I am running Spybot S&D. Also fixed MSGTAG at the same time.
This all came about because of an update to Zone Alarm Pro which I did not receive. I had to remove the old and install the new.
