B9 seems to have disappeared

My Benign software has been working for many months. However, I lost ability to receive email messages. The B9 icon in my toolbar
has dissappeared. My software seems to still have the Benign program, but I cannot see any effect on clicking on the exe. I believe
the icon on the desktop also disappeared.

Replying to my own post.

In addition to the other indication of B9.exe, Fileexec.exe is showing an 'incompatible'' status from Windows.
I did not make any changes prior to this failure or do any updates to the operating system. If I need to reload
Benign, how can I do this if the two load programs seem to be inoperative?
