Firetrust Support Forums

My email is not downloading to my mail program. I am using XP, Mailwasher, Benign and Thunderbird. I remember having this problem once before but I don't remember what I did to fix it. I do remember the solution used to be in the FAQs, but I'm not finding it there this time.

The full error message is: "An internal error has occurred while communicating with the mail client (EId Not Connected: Not Connected) Please contact technical support for the full description of the problem."

Your help is appreciated.
