Hi there, I'm relatively new to Mailwasher and haven't been able to find under FAQ anything that relates to my issue:

I have marked emails which I would like to retain and blacklisted etc those which I don't want. The problem I'm finding, is that some of my emails which I have marked to retain and which need to be acted upon have not come across to my Outlook email account. Where can I go to locate these emails, they are not in the deleted area of mailwasher? Your assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and regards Sue
