MailWasher Pro says the restored email was sent, but it neve

I have set up restore options usinf settings in Outlook. Mail never comes back. Error log has no entries. Test mail to my account from outlook OK. Upgraded to 6.53 in case - no joy. Help file incorrect talks about right clicking entry in recycle bin which simply doesn't work. The troubleshooting link in help for restore about what if mail fails to come back fails to work either what is going on?
Licenced Pro version - losing confidence in product never had any problem doing a restore back to very much older versions it always worked OK but now it seems over complicated and non-functional.
