Re: 30 minute downtime today
RSS looks dead so far, will have to think about that one as the module we are running isn't one we want to to use long term, but the other one is completely untested and wasn't going to be until the new server was setup....might be case of waiting before any RSS is back up

Re: 30 minute downtime today
I've not seen any issues (but I don't RSS) so far what got improved by the upgrade, is there anything we should be looking at/for?

Re: 30 minute downtime today
We block around 50-100 signup attempts a day so it's not all bad. Looks to be a problem with the upgrade, as at least in the Admin settings for the CAPTCHA I can't seem to enable some of the improvements, though it looks like the new language file wasn't part of the install. A different CAPTCHA might be in order, though CheckSpammers from MysteryFCM is doing a much better job.
I had to unblock the total russian email ban as we do have a russian version...albeit unofficial.
Added in a couple more blocks so anything *nude* or *kardashian* won't make it through any more either.....getting a few like 'miley cyrus nude'.
