Can you check the size of those 4 buttons after ensuring that your cursor is not within any part of the Post.

Ah, there you go — your illustration clearly shows that the buttons have regressed to their original small size (when the cursor is not within any part of the Post.).

So what does that matter??? :scratch :crazy They enlarge themselves when a person attempts to access them, which makes sense as, in that larger state, they become more easily accessed. :thumbsup :thumbsup When a user doesn't attempt to access them they decrease in size and become less "eye-catching" therefore allowing the user's eyes to more easily gravitate to what is important - the post. Again :thumbsup :thumbsup

So what's the problem???? :scratch :scratch

What you state, was the original behavior of those buttons.

After we complained about the weak presence of the icons (at unfocused state,) the behavior was changed at server-level to a constant, prominent size — regardless of the state of focus they have now again started decreasing in size (hence the regression.)

OK, now I remember. Must be getting old. Damn! :? :facepalm

Well, not sure it makes a great deal of difference now that I've played with it a bit more. :dunno But whatever toots your whistle, as long as the buttons are:
  • Always present when they SHOULD be; and
  • Work as advertised (i.e. perform their requisite functions). :devil :devil

Styled the Board Notice as per the Board standard — and, changed the case on the Caption from Capitals to Topic Case.

One of those rare HTML moments when you stumble across such a thoughtless waste of precious vertical and horizontal real estate, as well — at the PM:—

The PM screen layout will be fixed next forum update as well, was an issue in the theme itself causing that.

OK good, have just started on the PM section myself — in the meanwhile whenever you need any help with the codes, do let me know. :thumbsup
