Hello I bought mailwasher pro recently, but since then i have upgraded my hardware on it so i had to use my key again i then unfortunately had to reinstall windows using my key again and since then i have also upgraded to 64 bit so when i tried my key again it said i have used the key too many times, what can i do?

Guessing you are using v2011 and are on version 1.2.0 or 1.2.3 you should e-mail support at firetrust.com with your registration details and have the key reset.
