Which version you buy is really up to you, your needs and your mail volume, read the v6 and 201X forums and you'll find plenty of info to help you decide. I like the speed of v6 but the spam tools in it are a lot less effective than 201X's and my old eyes have real problems reading the limited colors and small type in v6. I keep both around, v6 for days when I have thousands of messages to deal with and 201X for the rest of the time.
