Don't know what to call it, but suddenly all incoming emails are taking up two lines.

There is a box +/- then I guess what might be the email sender's email program with their email address in the color for Friends list
Underneath that is almost identical information but has subject and account.

If I click to change the box to a + sign, then I get the first line but no message, and no color for friend/delete/bounce, etc.

I'm guessing that you've turned on the Grouping function. See http://help.firetrust.com/en/products/m ... emails.htm for more information. This will explain how to check this, and how to turn it off.
