However when you open a specific forum the Notifications list shows them from all forums not just the current one. I find this confusing.

Here is another example where the contrast has been enhanced as also the QuoteTags (makes it far easier on the eyes than the blinding white background — without looking tacky):—rusticdog wrote:Looks good, can I ask you be sure to post into the suggestion thread, anything in Freedom Farms autodeletes after a few days

The new notification count shows up in all forum rather than the one that has the new topic.
EDIT: The numbers remain in the Tabs of all the other Forums until they are refreshed.

Here is a screen cap of the problem. I leave each forum open in a separate tab and have Chrome reopen all prior tabs on restart.rusticdog wrote:The notifications aren't sensitive to your location, you can switch them all off if you prefer email http://forum.firetrust.com/ucp.php?i=uc ... on_optionsSidewinder wrote:When using Chrome the Icon for the web page is displaying a number of notifications? in the tab along with the new Fav Icon.

The following 4 buttons (illustrated below) have rather poor visibility and need some urgent love:—

Re: [Bugs + Suggestions]: "The NEW Board Upgrade"
Sent you (RD) a couple PM's before I managed to get to the Forum.
Here are the screencaps I was unable to send in them:
Not at all impressed by the new format. Very much prefer the old one.
The display fonts are atrocious!
Too Small!
Too Thin!
Not Dark Enough!
Far too much wasted space between threads etc!
The speed (mentioned by others including yourself) is much slower!
PM screens are all F'd up!
Etc etc

Re: [Bugs + Suggestions]: "The NEW Board Upgrade"
Two other problems, or differences, I've already noted:
(1) The "New Post" Icon does absolutely NOTHING unlike the old one did. The old one took you to the Oldest Unread post but this one just sits there and looks stupid! (i.e. Dumb!) It would be much better if it acted in the same manner as the old one did.
(2) Even when the user clicks on the Thread Title, it doesn't take the user to the oldest unread post (which the old forum s/w didn't do either, but ...), so the user ends up having to scroll all the way through the thread to find the last stuff htey hadn't yet read. Alternatively, if #1 is fixed then this one (#2) is fine.

They are ONLY Present/Visible if/when the User's cursor is over a particular post. ALL other posts DO NOT show the buttons, unless and until the User moves their cursor over the given post.

Just noticed something peculiar about the buttons (Edit, Delete, Report, Reply).TrustFire wrote:Just awesome what a little love can accomplish:—

Re: [Bugs + Suggestions]: "The NEW Board Upgrade"
I'd like to see the RHS SideBar (Customer Care Centre) removed — at least from the forums since it's hogging horizontal real estate.
