Good morning
I can't understand why even if I mark an email as spam, for example, I add the domain of an email to the blacklist, it continues to download them anyway, it does not delete subsequent emails.
Maybe I am doing something wrong?
thanks a lot
Fabrizio

You need to open the filter that caught the spam and choose the "Action" setting to delete automatically.
Use it judiciously; it can be hard to predict what might get deleted. Best to only activate it after having used the filter to mark things for manual delete for a while.

The example given is for "Filters". For "Blacklists" there is the similar option called, "Auto delete blacklisted emails" and it too needs to be checked in the Blacklist > Options configuration menu.
And if you are marking emails (not otherwise tagged by a Filter or Blacklist) in your inbox grid as spam (Thumbs down), you still must check the delete (Recycle bin) icon for it to actually be deleted.
