UNKNOWN ERROR

This morning - whenever I check my mail I instantly get a UNKNOWN ERROR. I close and RESTART Mailwasher with same problem. When I go directly into my e-mail programs - they work fine. When I ask MAILWASHER to check I instantly get UNKNOWN ERRORS.

Any suggestions?
