Who Locks the Thread and Why

Mon Dec 08, 2008 5:13 am

I noticed that several threads including mine were locked by someone.

All you have to do is read the last post in that thread and it tells you who locked it and why.

Moving this into General Site.

I locked the threads, should be pretty obvious why.

An honest appraisal of the software warrants locking the discussion. I was only asking for help. Maybe I'm not as sophiscated as I should be but I cannot agree with your actions. When I praised the free version (for several years) I didn't see anyone taking offense to my posts. Based on me experience with the free version I expected more from pro. Thanks for your help

Embarrassing, shameful and false pretences are words I recall, therefore the most obvious solution for you is a refund. We don't have issue with that, and you can go back to using MailWasher Free if you choose, but in the interest of preventing some kind of flame discussion where peoples sensitivities can get offended locking the thread is the clear choice.
