paid $34 for upgrade

Tue Aug 31, 2010 11:42 am

I couldn't find a topic to attach this to so please forgive me making this a new message.

I have had MailWasher Pro for several years and yesterday purchased the new version.

It seems from messages on this forum that I was eligible for a reduced fee but there was no indication or request for previous registration key when I hit the Buy button.

I suppose a refund is now out of the question?

Folks usually ask that in the MW 2010 forum down a couple. :-)

The Firetrust folks are good at sorting out issues like yours, I'll PM one of them to make sure they see your message up here.
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.

No of course not :)

The newsletter would have been for a $10 USD update to get two Licenses. Buy 1 get 1 free.....so if you want the other let me know and I'll create this for you.

The annual renewal is $10 USD, so just let me know if you want a partial refund for the extra you paid, or if you want me to add another 2 years to your existing License.
