Hello,
I belong to my company's retirement private Forum at wxforum@nxport.com. There are about 200 to 300 people subscribed to this newsgroup. In the earlier version of Mail Washer I just received one notice that there were messages from nxport.com.
Now I receive each and every member's email subject showing on the MailWasher screen and it takes forever to look through the list to see if there is an outside spam.
Is there a way that I can use a filter to let all the postings come in under the WXForum address and not list each member individually?
I would appreciate any help you can provide.
