Mailwasher is not checking Email. Clicking on Check Mail, appears to do nothing, instantly. Outlook receives mail without a problem. MW exits without leaving anything open, that I can recognize, in Task Manager, but will open the MW program with the Exit option from its Taskbar Icon. Restarting the computer did not help.
From the “Send Support Logs” Menu, clicking on View full report option causes that menu to lock up. Attempting to send from that option results in an error to be logged and a failure to send anything.
I have Mailwasher configured for two email accounts. Clicking on the "Check Email" button results in a "Check Mail request" error to be logged for each of the email accounts followed by two Unknown errors. All four of these errors are reported to have occurred within the same second. Clicking on Send Email from the "Send Support Logs" Menu results in an Unknown Error followed by the Error “Error sending Support Log”.
I have been using Mailwasher Pro for over a one year without having any problems. No changes have been made to any of the configuration options and no program updates have been installed within the last few weeks. At this point I am stuck; any suggestions would be appreciated. I am not sure how to reinstall the program with the license I have. There have been a few updates since the program was originally installed.

Re: Mailwasher Check Mail Button Not Working
Very sorry about the problems Mailwasher Pro is currently having, (all mail checks fail, corrupt database messages etc) our developer is looking into what is happening now, unfortunately the problem occurred on Sunday afternoon when no-one was available to look into what was happening, was entirely unexpected, and we're not even sure how its possible as yet.....!
Still currently unsure of the cause, but hope to have it resolved soon.
In the meantime, options are to either not use MW for the meantime, OR, use an older version as below.
If you wish to to do this:
* please uninstall your current MWPro,
* cancel the question asking why you are uninstalling
* click YES when asked if you wish to save your user data,
* install this version:
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_25.exe
* Cancel the update wizard if it tells you new versions are available.
And it should work fine.

Re: Mailwasher Check Mail Button Not Working
Until yesterday morning, everything was still working 100%.
This morning I had the exact same issues as many others experiencing this same error.
I have reverted back to your suggestion of installing ver. 7.12.25 and then it worked.
I then downloaded the latest version and installed that over the 7.12.25 and it imported all my settings, and once done, all working fine!!

Re: Mailwasher Check Mail Button Not Working
Going a couple of days without Mailwasher showed me how much I value the program. The new update was easy to install. Norton squawked about it but that was not a problem. Thank you for getting it fixed so quickly.
