Why does Mailwasher Rebuild the Training information everytime we reboot the system?

It could be that MailWasher isn't closing properly, when this happens a flag is set so MailWasher knows to rebuild the filters (something usually done on close down). Try exiting MailWasher first before shutting down/rebooting the PC and see if that stops this rebuild from taking place.
