Some times I have emails which need a deeper look to evaluate whether I delete or keep them. I would like to do that but not stopping the washing actions for the remaining items. In summary, I would like to select the emails to get into the Outlook and not washing the other ones.
Is is possible to do it? Many thanks for your help.

Outlook using POP won't let you get just some messages easily, it may have an option to just get the headers and let you choose which ones you want to download. Been a long time since I looked and the various Outlook versions offer different options. Using IMAP access I don't know, I don't use that myself.
I am not a Firetrust employee just a MW user.

Re: Selected email washing
If you have multiple email accounts, you can have Outlook download from all accounts, or from an individual account, or you can create different groups of accounts to download. So if the emails you want to look at are on a specific account, you can pull them down, but you will pull down all sent to that account.
Alternatively, I guess you could move the spam throttle to maximum (999) temporarily, but again, that will affect all emails.
