MW still works but i get a please renew but pressing the button gives no result. pressing the link at the bottom also nothing.

Have now managed to renew.
apparently there have been new versions in the last year and i had to download one of those before i could renew. Had to work it out for myself as there was no note about it and no response on hitting the button saying I had to do that. non-inquisitive/techy folks will be cornfused. The only anomaly now is the page in my account reckons i owe for two other versions!!? nope
