HI,
For some reason or an other i cannot transfer my friends list from hotmail and when I close down mailwasher I get the following message:
[Could not save the blacklist file(this includes the friends list):cannot create file C:\users\Steve\AppData\Roaming\Mailwasherpro\Blacklist. Accessis denied(EFCreateError.
The same applies to filters.
Can you help

Hi Steve

In MailWasher click Help >> About >> open the link to where MailWasher stores the data files >> close MailWasher so it is not running >> then back in the folder you just opened delete the file called blacklist.txt and blacklist.txt.backup (if present) >> restart MailWasher.

Everything should work properly from there, though the information in these files will be lost, but should now allow you to save.

Haw can I transfer ALL Mailwasher configurations (Accounts, passwords, etc.) to another PC (Win XP) ?

I must recreate all again, one by one?
