Hiding spam?

Hi,

I seem to have a problem with emails being marked as spam but still showing.

The learning is showing as anywhere from -30 to -45 but the lowest I can set the auto hide to is -50. :(

My version is Pro 2012 1.8.0.

Any tips as to what I can do to get the lower minus numbers booted straight to the recycle bin?v

It is a pain to keep adding them to the blacklist as I get over 100 emails a day and the majority are spam. :yuck

Thanks,

Arnak

Marking individual e-mails for blacklisting is pretty much a waste of time for most spam. There is no way you can click the millions and millions of random addresses that the spammers computer generate and even if you could MW is going to get unhappy once you have added a couple thousand addresses. Worse most of the ones you add will never be seen again. The blacklist isn't worthless and good methods of using it are discussed in the MW 2012 forums below.

You need to use the classify buttons on every mail that is unclassified or that is classified incorrectly, that will soon have your spam score over 90 for most messages. With a couple hundred correctly classified messages needed for learning to work well you should be there in a couple days.
