Firetrust Support Forums

I see their head office is in New Zealand. They list a phone in the USA, upper New York state or even Ontario, Canada. When you call the number the phones rings a few times then it hangs up on you. I can not find nor see ANY hours of operation in either place. And suggestions? I have posted int he forums with an answer but not an entire answer.
