When I click on Check Mail icon on MW it cannot log into my Frontier mail account
It continues trying, but no emails download.
When I go to Frontier email directly , bypassing MW it comes right up.
What is the missing connection between the two ?

It does look like Frontier have partnered with Yahoo, and may now require OAUTH to logon to the account.
If you have one these Yahoo/Frontier accounts, then in MailWasher under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> change the server address to pop.mail.yahoo.com >> make sure your username is your full email address >> click Advanced >> check the option to Use OAUTH >> Save >> follow the on screen prompts to logon and give MailWasher access to the mail.

I did what was required, but when I click save ,it performs server test .
It then says failed to connect to server.

Do you see a pop up window appear, asking you to logon to the Yahoo account so MailWasher can get access ?

It might just have been a temporary hiccup on the server side, given it worked this morning I'd be inclined to put the server settings back to how they were before.

Alright. Can you send me some logs, to do that go Help >> Send Support Logs >> enter a brief note like 'as per forum' >> in the Ticket Number field enter chris >> Send Logs >> reply back here once sent, so I can check the logs arrived all OK.

OK great. The logs didn't arrive, but that is not unexpected given the problem you describe. So instead in MailWasher under Help >> User Files >> there will be a file called autosupport.eml >> if you can send me that file to forum@firetrust.com it would be appreciated.

I will do what you want, but first a backing up.
After the recent MW update two days ago, my email was not working, but doing what it is now.
Yesterday I was advised to check server address it was wrong so I corrected it.
MW worked fine yesterday, but has failed today.

Cannot connect to POP Server
I'm running MW 7.12.125, Win 11 ver 22H2 x64, Thunderbird 102.13.0 (64bit). I went to Settings/Account and removed the account; restarted MW then went to Settings/Account Add Account. I keep getting the error message "Failed to login to server "outlook.office365.com" for your Work account" I tried ports 110 and 995. I tried NONE for security connect and the message was "Connection successful" but when I attempted to log in I received the same "Failed to login to server error message. It was working several weeks ago.
