The filter window in the 6.3 is bigger then my computer's wide screen. I can only see 9 rules instead of 10 even when the taskbar is unlockked. How I can make it smaller to fit the screen. I am running Windows XP. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

While the filter window is fixed in size 
it should fit fine, well within the size of the screen. I agree, it would appear you have your Windows resolution set to low.
