The filter window in the 6.3 is bigger then my computer's wide screen. I can only see 9 rules instead of 10 even when the taskbar is unlockked. How I can make it smaller to fit the screen. I am running Windows XP. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What screen resolution are you using?

While the filter window is fixed in size it should fit fine, well within the size of the screen. I agree, it would appear you have your Windows resolution set to low.
