Email stuck in limbo

Thu Dec 24, 2009 6:03 pm

I sent an email to numerous people and I get an error message that one email address has been temporarily suspended. I get an error message and then asks me if I want to complete task. The email continues to hang up and I don't know how to delete it. It is not in any of my folders in my email. I'm using windows7, Windows live Mail. Below is the error message I get. How do I end this endless cycle? Thanks for any help and solutions.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Live Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'pjwas@verizon.net'.
